
Tuff Rib

Our most sold product, Tuff Rib panels are versatile and cost efficient. Tuff Rib is regularly used for agricultural projects like barns and sheds, as well as for residential projects like houses and garages. Tuff Rib is relatively simple and quick to install.

5-V Crimp

5-V panels are an excellent choice for barns, sheds, storage buildings, or accent and eyebrow roofs for residential projects. It is not recommended to install 5-V panels on a larger roof because of the potential for oil canning.

R-Panel / PBR-Panel

PBR (purlin-bearing rib) panels are suitable for industrial and commercial projects which require a more rigid panel.

Snap Lock

The default profile for Snap Lock applications, commonly used for residential purposes. This panel snaps in place, so clips are not required. For no additional cost, striations or pencil ribs can be added to the Snap Lock profile for aesthetic purposes, which also helps to prevent oil canning.

1.75" Clip Snap Lock

This system is recommended for larger commercial projects, or for projects requiring panels longer than 30'. Clips are fastened with panhead screws and should be installed every 24".

Mechanical Seam

The "old fashioned" type of metal roofing, these panels have overlapping edges that are crimped together using a mechanical seamer, a tool that is manually operated to compress the edges of the panels together to create a watertight seal. Also availible in 1.5" rib height.

Corrugated Panels

The wavy-profile corrugated panel. Commonly seen on old barns.
